We are playing poker and we need to know who has the better hand. I have 2 aces, 2 kings and a queen, my friend has 3 kings, a jack and an ace. Who has the better hand?

You really should learn your poker hands before playing poker or you are going to get you a55 kicked.
You have two aces, two kings and a queen. So your hand is:
A A K K Q
But your friend has:
K K K A J
So your friend has three of a kind or trips. You have two pair with a queen kicker. In poker trips beats one or two pair every time. So you friend wins.

Well, one of you is cheating because that makes 5 kings in the deck.
However, if you are talking about hand strenght then the 3 of a kind is better. He could have three 2's and still beat your two pair.

his deck could have 5 kings if he's playing with more than one deck....depending on the type of poker game it is, this is possible. It could also be wilds.
anyways, long story short trips beat 2 pairs anytime. trips is tripples for future games.
The 5 king thing is a little too much for me! PLAY HOLD EM NEXT TIME!!!
