its a scam. this is how it works

they will send you a check to deposit into your account, and they will ask you to send a percentage of the check and you can keep the rest. once the check clears, they would ask you to wire the percentage. the unsuspecting victim do as told and then a few days later the vic will get a call from the bank telling them the check is counterfeit and the rat bastards that took your money are long gone

I honestly cant believe that in todays technology age with information and all of the resources that someone still has the moronity to ask this question but I see many of the same questions on this site all the time. Of course you have won the lottery as have all 2 billion of the other people who's email address were sold to this group in Ubekastan that is looking to get ahold of your financial information or have you send them a check to cover the expenses of filing the paperwork for your winnings. Good luck to you trying to recover the $2000 you send overseas to a encoded bank account only to find you will never see a cent of your winnings.

Anybody that actually has the nerve to even consider this to be a real offer having not even entered a lottery can just email me and I will gladly take their processing fee money and donate it to the science department studying dead brain cells!!

Microsoft doesn't have a lottery. The idea is laughable.

Everyone gets those emails. They're tricks to get your money / bank account details. Delete them and move on.
