Nope. Must be 21 to be on the casino floor. They'll card you and kick you out. Not worth the trip.

no they wiil boot unless u can pull it off don't shave maybe stay close to ur older friends let them form a wall to keep security from seeing you. Turning Stone upstate ny lets you play at 18 so does Saratoga slots only and probably Yonkers also lots only

Just roll in and act like you know what you're doing. There's nobody at the doors in AC asking for ID... if you look young you might get carded... then they just throw you out. If you're just watching your buddies they most likely won't even ask you. They'll ask if you play and win a crap ton of money though... be sure to leave your ID at home... so if you do get asked, search all your pockets, say "damn, i'm such an idiot, how'd i forget my ID", and say you have to go back and get it... they might make sure you leave... but you won't arrested or anything if you don't try to play

there are other things to do, and see on
the Board Walk in the afternoons and evenings.
