I also received emails like yours but that is not the only one. There is a 1,000,000 dollars Grant for Victorrini (i forgot the name). For a straight forward answer, they are ALL A SCAM!!

Let me tell you what i did when i received such emails. I did answered their email as instructed--to email Mr. John Doe and give them the detials they need (full name, address, phone number, the NUMBER they gave you as your Reference #, etc. No details about your Bank account yet. Then this Mr. John Doe will reply and will tell you that before you receive your money, you need to pay for the courier fee and send your payment to-. At this point i can see clearly that they just want to scam me and get money from me. I just want to know how they manipulate people. Then I search for "Scam". Then a series of scams will be shown and there are also Agencies where you can report to them and send copies of the email you received. You must do this to put an END to those Scammers! And also, inform your friends and relatives about this.

Did you even buy a Lotto ticket? If so, how would they know who you are? They are crooks.
They will ask you for your bank account number or tell you that you have to send them money to claim your prize.

You will eventually get an answer. They will tell you to mail them a 2,000 pound service, processing, or shipping fee, and you will get your money in the next 'X' days.

It's a scam. Don't respond when they ask you for money.
