I just played the demo for Bioshock and i really like the game so far, does anyone recomend this game? I would like to know a reveiw from actual people before i buy it.

I've seen a lot of questions on here asking which one is the best to get. Everyone has their opinion on which one is better and most people just post answers about what system they like the best. I was thinking that if everyone could post a few pros and cons about each system people could decide on their own which one has the better features for their needs.

i bought this game for pc but it wont install, vince young comes up and i press play but after that it doesnt do anything. i go to task manager and it says autorun.exe is working but like i said nothing comes up. i installed directx9.0c in my computer but it still wont work. can someone help me?

Sorry, but if there is an expert who can give the pattern for the crochet cap on the latest American girl doll Julie - appreciate it. I can crochet and can follow a pattern but am not very good at figuring out patterns from looking at a picture. Thanks for your help. My little one really wants me to make one for her doll.

my mum's birthday comes in 2 days' time. she's 48 this year, loves pigs (but she's got loads of figurines and pig stuffs we got for her), loves beautiful things like a typical woman

and we always get her some store-bought gift tgt with a gift card we make, but this year we want to do something different. i want to make a nice gift for her.. it's either this, or i go and buy a hamper with assorted bath stuff like soaps, aromatic oils etc. but those kind of hampers are too commercialised! i want something more personal..

any ideas?

PS: oh yea, i'm 19 btw, so i shld be able to do most stuff, only except those with very difficult to find items or those that require tools i dont have eg for making mosaic mirrors/lamp shades

I need to make a money tree for my husbands 30th birthday. I saw one on ebay a while back and it gave me this idea but I didn't jump at bidding on it and now there are none on ebay. I live on a military base in japan so I can't go to a target or walmart or Michael's. I'm limmeted to basic craft supplies but can get some things from the art department here at the school. I would love pictures if you have any to follow the look. I will provide my email if you have pictures and steps to follow. Thank you SO much. This will be his first birthday home in over 5 years. Yesterday I played at an Indian Casino. Table limits were $5-500. I have read many books on blackjack. I never read anything like I saw. When I arrived at the table (3rd base) a lady was playing 3 hands at $500. She had about $2300 in black chips, 500 in green and 75 in red chips.
She ended up losing everything, and going into her purse for about $1200 more.

So any thoughts on multiple hands?
It looks like she did not have the recommended amount of money to weather the storm (80X your bets).

Here is what happenned.
Dealer shows a 6. Player to my right has 3+2. (he does not hit believing that he will get a 10 and the dealers bust card)
I stand with18.
Dealer has a 5, and draws a 10 for 21.

The girl losses $1500 and says the person should have hit the 5.
Shouldn't you just play your cards regardless of others bets?
