Pair of pepperettes, with sterling siver lion mark, anchor, and date letter of 'O' in shape indicating objects from 1910. They have the makers initials of E.W.H. Who was the maker and are they of any value over £50?

The value would depend on the quality and perfect they are, you would be best to take them to an antique dealer and get an estimate, but tell them you aren't selling, that way you will get a true valuation, not an amount they think they can buy them off you for.
These may help you make out the other hallmarks

You may get an idea of the value from a site from this google list http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=silver+pepperettes+valuation&btnG=Search&meta=
Hope that helps.
