I've seen a lot of questions on here asking which one is the best to get. Everyone has their opinion on which one is better and most people just post answers about what system they like the best. I was thinking that if everyone could post a few pros and cons about each system people could decide on their own which one has the better features for their needs.

PS3

Pros: Better exclusive games with more diversity (action/adventure, RPG's, FPS, fighting, racing, etc....), you get more for the money (bluetooth, blu-ray, digital camera flash card slots, built in WiFi, web browser, etc...),Sixaxis motion sensing controls for some PS3 games, and the most powerful game machine.

Cons: None to me

Xbox 360

Pros: better for online play and multiplayer online play

Cons: Red Ring of Death hardware failure, to many exclusive FPS games and not enough diversity in it's exclusive games, too many mystery games that are made by developers that no one has ever heard of, for WiFi a seperate $100 dollar purchase must be made.

Wii

Pros: Innovative gameplay, a console for anyone in a family, child friendly games, for casual gamers

Cons: Limited games, graphics aren't that great

Wii pros: *SUPER FUN
*Legend of Zelda--nuff said
*Great for multiplayer experiences with friends/family
* Inexpensive
*plays Gamecube games and you can download classic favorites
*Exercise!

Wii cons: *Graphics aren't the best
*Still waiting for some of the better games
*Not much online
*Motion sensing can be a bit off

PS3 pros: *Gorgeous graphics
*Excellent games......on the way
*Blu Ray

PS3 cons: *Too expensive!!!!
*Not too many good games at the moment
*It's so big and bulky.....

Xbox 360 pros: *......um, Eternal Sonata?
*Extensive online gameplay
*Good graphics

Xbox 360 cons: *VERY FEW good rpgs
* too many stupid first-person shooters
*They try to appeal to guys between the ages of 15 and 35 and really no one else
*Extensive system failure

My personal opinion: I LOVE the Wii, it's awesome, and my Ps3 is pretty great too. I don't think I would ever get an Xbox 360 unless someone gave me one for free......and then I'd get Eternal Sonata and probably not much else.

Xbox 360:
Pros: Best Graphics, reverse compatible with Xbox, online gaming very popular.
Cons: Have to pay to play online. Hard to transfer data from old xbox to 360 (I think), some games don't have the best plot lines.
Nintendo Wii:
Pros: Gamecube game ready, takes up the least amount of space, free game with system, and gets a great workout with the system (first time I played it my arms were hurting for a couple of days.) Oh and Super Smash Bros Brawl and able to download all old games from Wii online.
Cons: Have to pay for online downloads, some games interaction is off.
PS3:
Pros: Free Online play, most famliar controller for PS users. Able to store from memory cards via adapter, plays PS-PS3 games, Blu Ray player (cheap one at that)
Cons: Takes times to transfer, most expensive system out.

I'd go with the ps3 coz in the long term it will prove to be the best Gaming console . And its also the cheapest blu ray disk player in the market , has the most extraordinary controls and the graphics are just mindblowing . SO - PS3 .
