I have an old kitchen table that is still in good shape but needs to be refinished. I thought using some of my old sports cards to seal on the top would be fun and neat looking but how would I go about doing that? I know several food places such as Tully's and Bathtub Billy's has done it.

As a long time gamer and video game producer, I’ve played and worked with hundreds of different characters. Spider-Man 3 is my 4th Spider-Man project here at Activision and I can honestly say he’s definitely the best character out there. Who else can swing across Manhattan in a matter if minutes during rush hour, crawl on just about any surface imaginable, build a giant web across huge skyscrapers to catch a falling helicopter, and take out any of the worlds most diabolical, genetically enhanced baddies? No one. I vote for Spider-Man. Who would you want to be?

This is a bet I have with a friend and we can not get a final answer to determine a winner, so any help would be appreciated.

Here is the scenario:
In Texas Hold’em Poker, with 1 52 card deck in play the following has occurred.
There are 3 players, and 4 community cards down, 2 cards have been “burnt” and each player has 2 cards, leaving 40 cards in the deck.
The community cards are 3 3’s and an Ace.
One of the players has an Ace and an 8.
So the question is: “What are the odds that one of the other players has the other 3 in their hand? (they each have 2 cards remember for a total of 4 cards)”
The Odds of the 3 3’s being down is not in question as we all agree that it is high. The only question is the odds of the 4th 3 being in someone else’s hand.

Is it possible to write words with fireworks? I'd like to write a happy birthday message (like 7 words) in fireworks.

I feel like this should be possible, but I've never seen it before.

If it is possible, does anyone know how much it'd cost?

I want to take up selling chainmail armor.
It would be made of 1/4 hard stainless steel in ring sizes ranging from 3/8", 5/16", to 1/4".
For a standard Chainmail shirt, 3/8" rings and abust size of 50", 4 in 1 Eurpoean (standard), I was going to sell fro $500.00.

For intricate weaves, like 8 in 1 Eurpoean (twice as strong as 4 -1, and maybe even possibly bullet resitant) aroun $700.00.

This would be the real stuff, nothing like galvanized (smelly I might add) big ring (1/2" rings) suits. Custom made for the individual too.

I have already tested the armor with real 1095 High Carbon swords, not the stage sword stuff, these swords were sharp.

What do you guys/gals think?

when i was a little girl i was taught a trick having to do with boy scouts. you take a piece of regular paper and fold it into shapes that go along with a story of a group of boy scouts who go to camp and eventually die in a boating accident. by the end of the trick the paper has been torn into the shape of a little white t-shirt (which is what the rescue team finds). very odd trick, i know. my children are now in their late teens and early 20's, but they still make me do the trick for their friends. it's a big hit. i know i didn't make this up. i'm simply not that clever. does anyone else know this trick? where did it come from?
my family is very interested to know.

I usually love to play the Action/Arcade type of games but I go through them so quickly (usually takes 1-2 days of not playing that much to finish and reach the goal for me). After reaching the goal or end of the game I'm bored and don't want to play it anymore.

So if I purchase a game, I like some challenge!!! I've bought and played Virtual Villagers 2 already and already have the option to pick 7 more. Which type of puzzle games have you played and enjoyed that you think I'd enjoy as well?

Also is Virtual Villagers as good as Virtual Villagers 2? I've only played the free demo of it so I didn't get much of an impression on it to decide whether to buy it too.
