i need ideas to make a gameboard about the respiratory system. it can have cards or something..?

You could make little game pieces out of polymer clay, or buy round blank wooden coins from the craft store and paint on them.

Many games use dice. Or you could use cards from a deck of playing cards, and have the hearts worth more points.

Maybe your game board could be a person's head and chest, and the playing pieces could follow all the parts down to the lungs.
