You can take the stickers off and put them back on,but if you want to really solve the puzzle,there is a book out with step by step instructions.
I don't know if you will be able to get it except at amazon.com or a book store that deals with hard to find books.
I had a copy of the book.

Take it apart and put the pieces back together. Or take the stickers and rearrange them so it looks solved.

yes and no. sometimes the cheats don't exactly work. i actually tried a cheat, or a formula, and it's just got worse and worse.
