you may have to go to Ebay or check the stores you mentioned on-line store ??? I know I can buy and have bought it at the Joanns where I live !!! It's in with the ribbons !!!!!
Or google that item and I am most sure you'll get someplace that sells it !?!

I think you are looking for Velcro tape - and it can be found in Joann's, Walmart & Hobby Lobby stores.

I have seen it in both black and white at Hobby Lobby in the sewing section, both sew on and sticky back. I have also purchased it at Home Depot and Lowes, it's a much stronger grade and comes in various widths.

joanns used to, hmmmmmmmmm my daughter used it on a corset. you may have to look on line.
