Possible to write words with fireworks?

Is it possible to write words with fireworks? I'd like to write a happy birthday message (like 7 words) in fireworks.

I feel like this should be possible, but I've never seen it before.

If it is possible, does anyone know how much it'd cost?

I've seen it done where they build the words or a picture onto a frame and have it sitting there sparking.
