I'm working on crocheting an Army Surplus Bag and I'm really confused on one part. The instructions are easy, but I don't think my pattern is coming out right. That pattern states:
Ch. 45
1st Row: 1 sc in 2nc ch from hook. 1 sc in each ch to end of ch. Turn. 44 sts.
2nd Row: Ch 2 (counts as hdc). Miss first sc. 1 hdc in each sc to end of row. Turn
3rd Row: Ch 1. 1 sc in each hdc to end of row. Turn. ** Rep last 2 rows for 29 ins.

My problem is that when I finished this part of the bag, it didn't turn out with straight sides. AKA: When I laid it out on the floor to look at it, it was a trapezoid. I followed the directions to the T, but it's not turning out rectangular/with straight edges. Am I doing something wrong? I've double checked and I have all the stitches in each row. Help please!

I picked up a yo-yo yesterday and the first few minutes, I was whacking people in the head. I was detirmined to get better so I'd go in my room and play with it or when I was watching TV I'd pick it up and play with it

I really got good at it and I don't knock people out with my lethal weapon. THE YO-YO!!!! I have definitely mastered just having it go up and down, up and down, up and down, etc. Now I'm making up these little tricks and I'm getting rather good. I've been entertaining my younger sister who is under the weather right now and I think my mom likes it too.

I really want to take a class so I can get really, really, good but I'm not really sure if there are any. Are there any yo-yo masters, or yo-yo instructers who can help?

I really think I could go somewhere with yo-yoing and I would really appriciate the help.

My daughter doesn't like to play video games that have to do with a bunch of guns or fighting, (like her brother likes to play). She is searching for a video game that she would enjoy. She loves fashion and other girly stuff, but doesn't like to play those Barbie or Bratz games, (she is 12).
