I have two kids and I'm a single mom. One is four and the other is one month old. Currently, I'm living on my saving's account while I look for a job. I've started aggressively applying because I am SOOOOOOO bored. Because my income is limited, I don't really have any ideas of things I can do with my kids that are fun and not costly. We've been frequenting the library and sometimes we just drive around or "shop." Any ideas? We live in Denver. The snow has also been a bit of a deterrent lately.

I just got my xbox and I played on it twice with the game gun. On the 2nd time i played there was no sound when people talk. Cut scene audio is normal. Shooting sound is normal but when your acutally playing the game and the AI speaks you cant hear it. Can anyone help me with this problem?

It's the most horrible stuff, totally not like the commercials. They say it is moldable, sticks to almost anything?? Well, actually it sticks to everything, unfortunately. Including the kid's hands, and it doesn't come off easily. It comes off in the sink, thus wasting a lot of money. Stay away from this stuff and write the company. Floam is a big no-no. We have it all over our house, the couch, the floor, the towels, the blankets..... It doesn't come off. You can't even play with it cuz it sticks to the hands like cookie dough.

I've played this game at several birthdays before. Basically, you have to try to answer questions about the person having the birthday, like "What is his favorite food" etc. Anybody know good questions to ask? Let me explain...i'm 17 and i'm soon going to be in a school play. so i don't have a whole heck of a lot of free time, but i definitely need a new hobby to keep my mind off things when i do have those rare few minutes of alone time. i want something fresh and creative...hopefully unusual. i've tried just about every craft imaginable and i never seem to be able to really get into it. i like music and i like writing and crafts that result in products i can actually use.
if you have any recommendations for websites, internet groups or activities, or crafty projects, i would appreciate them.
