you cannot actually get the triforce that you can touch. It was supposed to be there but during game devolpment they decided against getting a triforce you can touch but they had already released the clip of Link holding the Triforce.

play it on an emulator, and then mess with the game to make it look like you did certain things. overlap layouts so that even though link's really holding a bottle for the first time, you see the triforce, etc..

Not possible. They took it out of the game.
