Is there a food like this for you?

Common sense would dictate that fresh vegetables would be more nutritious than frozen ones. However, after fresh vegs are picked, boxed, shipped and sit in the supermarket for several days, are they more nutritious than the vegs that are sent directly to the freezing plant and frozen quickly? I tend to think that the fresh are better, but some friends of mind say that there is little difference considering the price: fresh vegs are much more expensive than frozen ones. tks

or on Xmas day,is it best to have something during the day to eat,or not?
they say if you do eat,it starts the metabolism, then you will be hungry later.

if you dont eat all day,you will be starving, and ready for the meal, but as soon as you eat anything you will be full,as the stomache has shrunk?

recently I went out for a curry, had eaten nothing all day, when I did eat I was full quickly.

I'd heard it's now safe to pour hot liquid in a styrafoam cup, as they are no longer manufactured with CFC's, but what about heating in a microwave ?

Hello world. I am trying to decide, what would be a good
place to eat out tonight. I mean I really love Chinese
food, especially the chicken wings, and fries. Tasty stuff.
And it is fun to get those fortune cookies as well.... But
eating Southern cooked soul food, is just incredible.
Because it is what, it says it is. And with gravy, chicken,
biscuit, greens, sweet potato, it is hard to decide.
Some would say, they are both equally as good. But if
you may, please help me decide. Should I go for the
Oriental dish, or the ol fashioned crown jewel, of American
food ? Best answer wins. ~~~

I need some lunch ideas. The break room has a fridge and a microwave. I'm tired of bringing sandwiches and leftovers. My sandwich is usually cheese, deli meat, tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce between bread. Sometimes I'll use a tuna salad instead. I'm asian so usually my leftovers are rice with a dish of meat and vegetables.
I work in a retail drug store so I've recently started buying frozen microwave foods like pasta, paninis and soup. There's also a few fast food restaurants around but I don't want to keep eating fast food and sooner or later I'm going to get bored of the frozen foods.
I've tried salads but the lettuce usually dies in my fridge before I get to it or I don't have enough vegetables.
Anyone ahve any idea what I can bring for my lunch? Preferably they're quick and easy to prepare. I'm usually too tired. I have a slow cooker so if I only need a short time to prepare it and I just need to throw it all in the slow cooker I'll take it.
