Yes, as long as the top was on tight/carton was closed.
It takes from 24 hours to 32 hours for bacteria to start doubling its population size and make some trouble for people (like if you are sick and your immune system can't handle a hundred or so new bacteria). Plus grapefruit juice is very acidic and only certain bacteria can grow in it. Plus if it was pasteurized, then the only bacteria to grow in it will be the ones in your house (leaving the carton open for air born bacteria to get in), or from your own body, or someone else's body who is in the house drinking grapefruit juice, (taking a sip from the carton when no one is looking!).

It's probably fine. Fruit and fruit juices can remain at room temperature for more than a week and still be fine to eat or drink.

If it were milk, then I'd say no, but fruit juice doesn't actually need to be refrigerated, it's just recommended.

Yes, you should be fine. Just finish the carton of juice sooner than you normally would.
I have done this before and had NO problems.

It is perfectly fine. There are enough preservatives in juices these days where you will have no trouble at all leaving it out a couple of days and drinking it. Drink up and enjoy.

I'm not sure if it is or not, but I know I have left juices out like that before and drank it the next morning and I'm still alive.
