I made a grocery list at home and i forgot it, trying to think of whats on it and i remember the last thing being something that starts with a "P" Can anyone think of a grocery item or kitchen item that starts with a "P" and has 2 words...something that is commonly bought? Thanks :)

A while ago, an ad campaign ran in the uk for either birds eye or youngs frozen fish. It seemed to prove scientificly that frozen fish was just as nutritious (with vitamins etc) as when it was frozen. It also showed fresh food that wasn't frozen but transported fresh and arrived in a poorer state than the frozen food. I always thought that the perceived wisdom for this was that freezing distroyed the vitamins and such, but this ad changed my view.
Now there is an ad campaign for morrison's which says they would never freeze their fish.
Which is better?
By all means state an uninformed opinion or a gut feeling if you just want 2 points, but I'd prefer a scientific anwer if possible. Thank you

How do you become a master chef? In Australia there are no professional culinary schools like in America, so does that mean i will never be able to outrank an American chef? Or to become a master you have to win competitions?

Hey guys,
I recently bought a mini fridge for my dorm, and I bought skim milk from Stop and Shop, just to drink some as I snack... but I just got a cup of skim milk and I noticed that the top layer of the milk got kinda chunky... like there were no odors coming from the milk, and the milk chunks kinda dissolved as it hit the roof of my mouth and came under some kind of pressure... there's so real difference in taste either, what's going on?

1st, a lil background. I'm lactose-intolerant. & I don't eat cheese unless it's mozzarella. But I can only can eat mozzarella on a pizza or in a sub (I 8 @ Quizno's 2day). Is the reason y I can't eat cheese by itself because of my lactose intolerance? Or is that only a coincidence 2 my personal preference since I don't like 2 eat a lot of cheese, anyway?
