1st, a lil background. I'm lactose-intolerant. & I don't eat cheese unless it's mozzarella. But I can only can eat mozzarella on a pizza or in a sub (I 8 @ Quizno's 2day). Is the reason y I can't eat cheese by itself because of my lactose intolerance? Or is that only a coincidence 2 my personal preference since I don't like 2 eat a lot of cheese, anyway?

2day, I also 8 @ a Taco Bell; had a Grilled Stuft Steak Burrito. Yeah, as 1 person put it, if the cheese is blended in w/ other foods, than it's EZr 4 me 2 eat it. I guess the cheese can't stand alone when it comes 2 my personal preference. It's also y I would gag even @ the thought of eating only a cheese pizza or a quesadilla.

Well being lactose entolerant means you can't eat cheese at all, but eating mozzarella may mean that you're not allergic to it but there are other kinds of cheeses that you're allergic to.

It may not be because of your lactose-intolerance. You see, cheeses that have a little age on them have had their lactose, or milk sugar, consumed by the bacteria in the cheese. So there's little, if any, lactose still present.

Being lactose intolerant, means you should not eat cheese.
Mozzarella is a very mild cheese, so a little may be OK.

I think that it is because you are lactose intolerant. The reason why you can eat cheese on those other products is because they are blended in with other items. But anyways I think that is the reason why.

first off, cheese is a dairy product. so you really shouldn't be eating it. even though it's not bothering you, ie. making you go to the bathroom, doesn't make it ok. you body has thousands of enzymes that help breakdown certain substances. the reason you are lactose intolerant is because you don't have the enzyme lactate that breaks down dairy products. even though you might not be feeling the effect of mozarella, it is eating out your stomach lining because nothing is breaking it down.
