And people don't understand why I don't like Japanese food! I'd try a few of them, such as the Stout, Rose, Garlic, and Cactus (Prickly Pear Cactus fruit is pretty good) but I wouldn't touch the seafood flavors, or meat flavors with a ten foot spoon. Just so you will know that the Japanese and Chinese are not the only ones to make bloody godawful ice creams, you should try a dish of Italy's Parmesan Sorbet. I made some once, it tastes like dirty old sneakers. Doc
