Err indoors and I have a dispute over the leaves from a "chilli" plant and whoever wins the argument has to cook meals for the next two weeks.
I say you can use the leaves as seasoning and,she says I am stupid and they are not edible.

I remember when I was little, my older brother and I walked into the bathroom after my grandmother just finished getting out of there. There was part of a tomato floating in the toilet. It actually smelled foul, but somewhat acidic as well. Isnt it possible to die of eatting many tomatoes?

I am 32 years old and for the first time -my local community college is offering Culinary with the opportunity to earn a Masters Degree. A passion of mine for a long time , I can't keep myself out of the grocery store or the kitchen. I'm highly creative and love learning new recipes via cookbooks and internet. Nothing like frsh produce and meats! I have 2 kids and my wife supports my choice very much (plus she already likes my cooking so she won't be negative)-she understands I will have to work less hours and spend more time in class. presently I am taking my pre-requisites since the first Culinary class does not begin until next August. I have some nervousness about starting, is this normal? I am more excited then anything. Also I'm very driven and I want to establish myself strongly in the industry. I believe perhaps some business classes after my culinary education could perhaps benefit me in the long run in the industry? Any suggestions?

I am interested in contract packing of a Hot Sauce or purchasing Hot Sauce in supplier's brand.

I want to deal directly with Manufacturers.

I want regular Hot Sauce, not a hyped "Gourmet" sauce.

I cannot go to Unilever, Heinz etc and ask them to do a hot sauce especially for me !!!

Most of my research lead me to "Gourmet" Hot sauce suppliers who themselves were getting their product produced elsewhere. Or Mama-Papa small operations making Hot Sauce in their kitchen.

I seek actual Hot Sauce Manufacturers with various quality certificates who can supply me their brand or contract pack for me. So far I found :
