I'd love to own a bookstore, one that sells art, or a jewelry store. But if I had to choose right now, I'd open one that sells candles, soaps, reed diffusers and other nicely scented things. My sister makes these things (and other things as well) but has a hard time with the sales aspect. I would love to be able to sell them for her. I would call it FABulous Scentsations or something like that, but she'd probably want her name included- lol!

no i don't think they need to have a specific name. I suppose they could change it if they wanted so that all cheese shop owners have the same name. ??

I would think a Grocer. Delicatessen is a rather modern word, If I wanted to shop in one forty years ago I would need to travel 150 miles to London. Here in Nottinghamshire cheese is known as "Bung" because it tends to bung up your hole.
