My favorite comfort food would have to be mac and cheese. That is just one of them though, I have so many. I think that most food I would love to eat is comfort food. I also love bread, like French begets, so good. I also love love spaghetti with Parmesan cheese but the spaghetti has to be room temp, I hate it when it is hot. I also love chocolate anything, mostly chocolate cake I am a big fan of. I could go on because I am obsessed with food. Love your question.

Kraft mac & cheese spirals! But it only comforts me for a about half an hour, then I have explosive diarrhea afterward. That creamy goodness runs right through you!

I don't know if I could name just one. Macaroni and cheese, hash brown casserole. Anything that is cheesy and full of carbs. I also like the mashed potato casserole that has chive cream cheese in it and topped with cheese and baked. Divine.

Garlic mashed potatoes with bacon gravy. Otherwise, my grandma's goulash. Takes me back 25 years and I can still envision her and her house. Nobody takes care of you as well as a grandma!
