I think I have the ability to eat one tub of ice-cream after dinner (5300 calories). How much weight gain can I expect?

I currently work at this smoothie/wrap place, and my co-workers are morons. I'm one of the hardest workers there, and my boss loves me on the food line. I think I have the potential to do better, where should I go from here?

I've learned a lot in two months. Way more than other coworkers who claim to have worked at places like TGIFridays and Subway for years. They think I'm bossy because I get mad when things aren't done right, when I'm just trying to get things done! Should I go to culinary school? Find a restaurant in a big city to apprentice or work my way up in?

Thanks!

I just like their style and the taste of their food better. It's like they have a higher quality in their toppings or something.

I also get tired of it being brought to me at O"Charley's when I ask for BBQ sauce in the first place. What's the deal, do they get this stuff at a wholesale price or something? It must be about 2 cents a gallon because they try to basically give it away every chance they get. I've hated it since the first time I tasted it. I also hate this Chipotle' BBQ crap. It's like they sat down and decided to find a way figuritively castrate BBQ sauce, it sucks.

Whenever I buy organic/old-fashioned peanut butter (the kind you need to stir and refrigerate), it hardens over time in the refrigerator. And whenever I want to make a PB&J sandwich, the peanut butter isn't spreadable anymore. How do I keep the peanut butter from hardening?
