OK, this is really easy so bear with me. Get pork chops (one or two per person). Bash them up a bit so they're about half as thick and cut off the thick rind. Beat an egg and mix it with a teaspoon of mustard and some oregano on a plate. On another plate put some breadcrumbs (you can buy them) and some parmesan cheese. Then, dip each chop in the egg (both sides) and then the breadcrumbs and let them dry for a minute. Then fry for 5 minutes until golden brown and serve with salad, new potatoes, rice, pasta, whatever. Yum! (Plus, they look really impressive but are so easy and are good for you too).

Take any kind of meat (Steak, Pork Chop, Ham Steak, Hamburger Steak)
Put in a skillet or on the grill with a little salt, Pepper, Lawrey's seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder rubbed into the surface and a little olive or corn oil and fry or grill on each side for 5 minutes but no more. Keep on Med-med. high heat. Don't burn it on high. Eat with a simpe salad and a potato baked in the microwave for 8 minutes. Poke holes in it first or it will blow up.

Make a grilled ham & Cheese sandwich with steamed broccoli and serve it with a sauce made from 1 can cheddar cheese soup and a half can milk. Put the broccoli in the sandwich. Eat with rice and a salad.
