Any way to restore sour cream to its original state?

Any way to restore sour cream after it has been frozen and then thawed? Mine froze in the fridge and then i thawed it, but now it is all watery, even after i stirred it up really well.

Do you have a good food psych-out story?

I mean like this:

I was working a restaurant and took the order of a family of 8. An 11-year-old girl said she wanted the veal parmigiano. After the food had been brought out, I came back to check on them and saw she barely touched her veal. I brought a take-home box, and she asked.

"Does veal come from cats?"

I told her no, it came from a young cow.

Her eyes glared. She furiously turned and whined at her family "YOU GUYS!!!!!"
