with a tablespoon.

cut off a piece of peel down to the meat. Turn the tablespoon so it fits the curvature of the orange. Work it under the peel and then around the orange until it's peeled.

Start at the navel where the orange was picked off the tree. Take a sharp knife and cut all the way around just until you hit the fruit with the knife. Then take and turn it and make another cut the oppisite direction. This will give you 4 peices to peel off.

I usually take a knife and cut one end off and that's where I start peeling from. Either that or I just cut it in wedges and peel as I eat
