Who have time to pick every vein out of a chicken? Just eat the whole chicken and you will be happy.

when I make cutlets I cut out all veins and tendons and basically make them very thin (like scallopini) I don't want to bite into anything chewy or nasty. When I make whole chicken or chicken pieces w/bone in, I just pick around the veins and nasty stuff but it is fine to eat it, my husband eats it all, cartilage, gizzards, you name it, so it is safe to eat (cooked) but it's just a matter of personal preference, I personally prefer not to bite into anything but MEAT.

That's sick, that's why I don't eat chicken on a bone! I only eat boneless chicken breast!
