Non-Alcoholic Drinks - November 2007

Does anyone know of any recipe for smoothies that have minimal amounts of fat (ie, less than 5 grams/250 ml), good amounts of fibre, and a variety of carbs, proteins, minerals, and vitamins? I was thinking it should generally contain fruits/vegetables, and taste must be decent.

just to let you know i go to a school called Boston University and the food catering is run by Aramark, every time i drink the water from the soda fountain i wonder if it is tap water... is it?

hey, um i'm wondering if i should drink something with the ingredient "tea (natural black tea concentrate and natural white tea concentrate from tea leaves)"
i don't know what kinds of tea is good. i like herbal tea, but i don't know what it is that makes regular tea not so good to drink.
