Tea has less caffeine than coffee but still has some in it. Decaf coffee is low-caffeine - it never says no-caffeine.

Most teas do have caffeine; however you can buy caffeine free teas. My husband has stomach issues and he can't have caffeine either. We make the iced tea with the tea bags w/o it. It is a bit weaker but you can use more tea bags. Nestea also makes a caffeine free tea too

Yes, it does. Black tea has about half the amount of caffeine in it as the same amount of coffee would have. Green tea has about half the amount as black tea.

So, though there's significantly less caffeine than most drinks that would be considered caffeinated, yes there still is caffeine in it.

You can verify caffeine content for Arizona teas on their website. You didn't specify which flavor. Green tea has much more caffeine than than black tea for example.
