I'm on a.. "diet"
in quotation marks haha.
but i've been eating alot healthier for the last 2 weeks.
Cutting out all fast food places (except the grilled chicken sandwiches.)
ive stopped drinking soda, although i didn't drink alot to begin with.
But in the last two weeks ive drunk green tea every morning, i didnt realize it was decaf though.
Anyway in the last couple days, ive been extremely sleepy. I go to bed at the same times, do the same activities, yet i am so exhausted. I wake up sleepy!! It was so horrible yesterday, i went to bed at 8 o' clock! and i woke up horrible.
Is it the tea? or??? could i be sick?

Can they be recycled? There must be at least 10 tea bags a day that end up in our compost bin but I don't fancy doing that with nylon ones?

Do you need an Espresso machine to make a Mocha or can you make it with a normal coffee maker. What im trying to do is make my favorite mocha in the mornings on my way to work without having to go buy a Espresso machine.

This one just has me baffelled. I use the same amount of coffee and water every single day. One day it is so strong that you have to use somewhere like 1/2 a cup of sugar just to kill the bitterness. The next day it taste like hot water with a little bit of a coffee flavor. Any ideas on how to make my coffee pot produce a constant flavor coffee, because here lately it's been like a crap shoot.

How do you think I could get my tea to a drinkable temperature quicker... by pouring the tea, leaving it ten minutes, then putting the cream in, or by pouring the tea, putting the cream in, then leaving it for ten minutes.

Just curious as to how come tea isn't as popular in America as it may be in other countries such as England. Does this stem from America's past and not wanting to be like the English and events such as the Boston Tea Party?

I know sigg water bottles are safe for the environment. But since they are made from aluminum, I was wondering if they are safe for the person drinking from them. I was always told that drinking from pop cans was bad and put your soup in a different left over dish instead of letting it in the aluminum can. Aluminum gives off bad chemicals and can be harmful to your health, right? So how are these sigg water bottles considered to be safe? I was in need of a new sippy/straw cup for my young boys and was interested in these neat looking sigg bottles that are perfect for my older boy who shouldn't be drinking from a sippy anymore. So I'm looking for some information of how safe they really are. I was also interested in them because I constantly drink from a water bottle -- I freeze water to take along and I sometimes let the bottles get warm and I still drink from them. And now I hear that that can cause cancer!!! I am in need of some facts. Thanks in advance!

I used to drink a lot of soft drinks, etc and have started to only drink water. I know it cleans out the system very well, and is good for other reasons, but what are the cons to this if any??

What I mean by this is that are diet sodas bad for kids.I have heard that drinks such as diet coke or basically anything diet can cause a brain tumor for kids.I am not sure about adults. The only reason it is that is because I have heard there is a chemical in it.I also think that because of this they have stopped putting it in schools and have started to put out water and fruit juices instead.
