Depends... I like green tea if I'm drinking actual tea, and I like that unadulterated! If it's rooibos tea I sometimes add milk (soya though as hot milk gives me tummyache), and if it's any other plant infusion, I occaisionally add honey. No sugar though! Don't like the taste!
I drink chicory instead of coffee, and I like that with cinnamon, honey, and a piece of dark chocolate in it.

sometimes tea with 1 teaspoon of sugar
sometimes coffee - with 2 to 3 teaspoons of sugar, & some milk
amt of sugar depends on how strong the coffee is.
