Drink cranberry juice or pickle juice. A jar of pickle juice is best because of the vinegar. But some people prefer to drink straight vinegar they say it doubles everything.

Probably not, unless you are allergic to orange juice. The combination may give you a bit of diarrhea.
The only way to maintain the Euphoria is to add another central nervous system med to the combination, but unless you have mixed these together, I for one, do not recommend it. Every one's system reacts differently to certain drugs, there is no definite either or on this.That is why, there are so many different meds on the market because even with the simplest thing like aspirin & Tylenol, what works for you, may not work for me.
