Goat milk is easier to digest than cow milk. People with allergies to cows milk can drink goats milk. I found that whole milk is best for me. I grew up drinking powdered milk because I have allergies to milk. As an adult, I find I can't drink skim or even 2% but I don't have the trouble with whole milk. The absolute best is fresh from the farm but that's hard to come by.

Your best choice is RAW milk.
A significant percentage of all adults have the same problem you have. Raw milk has the enzymes and biologicals you need to digest the milk. They are killed by pasteurization. Acidophilis milk has that one enzyme added back in, but not any of the other enzymes.
Eating active-culture yogurt or drinking active-culture kefir on a regular basis should help you. There are a couple of new products, like Activia, that are supposed to populate your gut with the enzymes and biologicals you lack.
I can't speak to the other products, as I buy raw milk. My wife can digest it nicely, and if she drinks it regularly, she tolerates cheese, ice cream and other products made with pasteurized milk, quite well.
Incidently, raw milk tastes a WHOLE lot better than the stuff in the supermarket, and it stays fresh in the fridge a couple of days longer.

Try Lactaid Milk and see if you still feel bubbly. It might be some lactose-intolerance problem.
