Non-Alcoholic Drinks - August 2006

I'm going to a bar tonight to listen to a friend's band. I'm only 20, so I obviously can't have alcohol. What are some good non alcoholic cocktails that you know of? The bar I'm going to is a nice one, and I'd rather have something other than water or soda. Thanks for your opinions.

And how come blue raspberry and some other flavors don't? I mean, It's just flavored sugar and water right? How can sugar cause Heartburn?

I read somewhere that it is not good to put sugar into black tea, but it is ok to put it into fruit tea. Yesterday I got a few teabags of black tea mixed with fruit tea. Would you put sugar in it?

I recently found out that milking cows are kept in tiny little pens and their udders are huge and painful (sorry - that sounds rude) and their legs often buckle. Also, they are constantly pregnant as it's the only way for them to produce milk and their babies are taken away from them really quickly.

Also, apparently it's not natural for humans to drinks cows milk, as it's meant for calfs. Humans were only supposed to ever drink human milk, as babies obviously!

Why do they make it taste so good then??

It all sounds pretty cruel. What do you think?

Look on the top of your soda can and most likely you will see the state of West Virginia etched on the top... Why is this? I don't know if this is the case outside the Midwest, but it is the case here.

Im thinking of changing and i just wanted some advise on other brands, im talking supermarket mass produced t-bags that are not gonna break the bank here!!
