Compared to many of the other energy drink out there they are healthy, but I don't think they are as healthy as the Arizona, Fuze, or Hansens line of energy drinks which do not use HFCS and use more natural ingredients.

Unfortunately, I look at these drinks all the same - they are new marketable drinks to capture the crowd. Many of them have very little value in terms of nutrition. Same idea as Red Bull. Drink water or herb tea.

THey are not unhealthy. They are packed with extra vitamins and all that good stuff. To much of it can be a bad thing to.
Anymore then a bottle a day is usless. Your body can only consume so much of a good thing. The rest just gets washed out of your system in the jon with the rest of our bodily fluids

i pretty sure those things have near as much sugar as a soda
'energy' is not even suppose to mean healthy when you see if on a lable
