Non-Alcoholic Drinks - August 2006

Does anyone have any data on whether soft drinks are harmful. I realize about the dangers of a lot of sugar. But what about the other ingredients. Are they dangerous to a person's long term health?

Has anyone seen Pesi One in Canada? It was released in the states long before Coke Zero, but I only see the Coke here. (Pepsi one is Splenda sweetened instead of aspartame so I'd like to find it).
