Sure plus some herbs or other ingredients in some of those smoothies are diuretics which make you release water, or pee a lot.

yes ma'am! I got so dehydrated from drinking these types of smoothie drinks because you lose water not fat. The best thing to do is not drinking these drinks and drink water. You might have acidosis leading into Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) caused by drinking or consuming too much vitamins. Too much vitamins can kill you or make you extremely sick. I suggest that you go to the doctor ASAP. Before you get dehydrated, you should go to the doctor and explain that you've been drinking Jamba Juice. The dangers of drinking too much vitamin c can be very deadly. My mom got acidosis from drinking too much orange juice, peed a lot, rushed to the emergency room, and suffered from an UTI. You should complain to Jamba Juice and Keva Juice drinks company.

Depends on how much you drink! When a lot of water goes in your system, a lot has to come back out!
