Yes it is.
It helps to fight any existing infection in the urinary tract...and preventing any from beginning.
You can't go wrong including it in your daily diet.

On the plus side, cranberry juice is usually fortified with vitamin C, so you're getting lots of vitamin C. Cranberry is also very good for the urinary tract, and can cure urinary tract infections.
But there are some negatives. Cranberries are really sour, so cranberry juice is loaded with sugar. If you drink a lot of it, you're getting a lot of calories as well as taking in a lot of refined sugar. Personally, because of the sugar, I wouldn't drink cranberry juice as a staple, but rather as a treat, or a specific cure for urinary tract infections.

I did this in highschool. Take a gallon of arizona iced tea. Drink like 1/four to a half of and fill the relaxation with the 151. Shake it up and revel in. I drank it in a couple of half of hour and ended up waking up in the back yard 4 hours later. It used to be a fine time.

Yes it cleans out the bacteria in your urinary tract, but mostly for women. It also may thwart off stomach viruses. It also has some antioxidants in it that raise the 'good' cholestrol, fighting off heart disease. However, too much of anything is not good for you.

Yes, I think it's good for the bladder and/or kidneys. A friend of mine had kidney stones and they told him to drink lots of it. I doubt it has any bad side affects, unless, of course, you're allergic to it.
