Don't know about australia, but I'm sure ya can go to the mountain dew website or someone and see if they can ship ya a case of it or atleast a bottle or it.

If your wife is a diabetic, it might be in her best interest to look away from trying to even imitate the "sweet" experience and put her tastebuds into unexplored territories of sour, salty, spicy, punguent. Beside, diet drinks are filled with all kinds of scary chemicals.
