I received a chocolate fountain as a gift, and a friend suggested I rent it out. Its always a hit at birthdays, showers, anniversary parties, New Years eve etc. How much would you pay to rent:

just the fountain?:

Fountain plus attendant to prepare chocolate and fruits and to clean up, chocolate and dipping fruits included?:

What should I have for dinner tonight? The sky is the limit (within reason). Any cusine, go out, stay in, etc... Let me know, I am hungry!

P.S. My wife is pregnant, so no fish or hot dogs.

Okay, if any of you read my posts earlier, I am hosting a party for 13-year-olds. Here is a plan of stuff to do (Please comment and add ideas!)

* Fire (roast marshmellows/make smores)
* Music
* Scary Movies
* Air hockey table
* Open gifts
* Blow out candles
* Order pizza
* Bobbing for apples (maybe?)

Please note that these thirteen-year-olds do not act like little kids. They act more like 15/16 year olds.... will this party be okay and not too childish/boring?

There will alos be 14-year-olds there, too...

Okay, so my friends and I are going to be semi hosting an 80's party, and we need to know what kind of food to serve there. We thought it would be fun to see all the tacky clothes and shoes and hairdo's again so... Here we are, having a party.

Anyways... Can you give me some ideas of some good, popular 80's foods?? Main dishes, side items, drinks, desserts, etc.

Thanks!!

I'm having a "Roaring 20s/ Mafia" Party. Everyone is dressing up as flappers and mobsters. What are some good ideas for what to eat? I am not the most experienced cook, but any ideas would be great!

The apples are granny smiths with caramel and rolled in chopped nuts and the cupcakes are chocolate with buttercream frosting and a halloween ring on top. Which is better?

I want to have a memorable 30th bday with all the people that had been a part of my life, small or big. Any nice fun inexpensive ideas? I prefer to have it outside as to avoid mess and a huge clean up the next day. My bday is on Dec. Thanks.

Hubby & I are going out to dinner with 2 other couples tonight. We are all meeting at my house. I want to serve something before we go out other than 'wine and cheese' but, something that doesn't require a lot of cooking and prep. time. Any ideas?
