I'm not sure how old he is but he must be old enough to be fairly responsible since the two of you are parentless for the weekend.
Just remind him that it's he, who will be climbing up to the skylight to clean it up. Along with the floor and wherever else it may land! then leave the area. Lots of luck!

tell him that there people starving in the world and for him to be throwing around a item like roman noodles with a value of 50 cents is wrong...j/k. tell him he better clean it up when he's done.

oohh...what flavor are they? i personally would pick them up off the floor when they fall, put them in a pot, cook them and eat them. it's perfectly sanitary. i promise!

let him do it. don't clean up after him. let your parents see it when they come home. take a picture of him doing it if you can so he can't blame it on you.
