its hard for me to do shots because i start gagging right as i'm swallowing it and i want to throw up right after i swallow.. is there any way to prevent this.. or a chaser that TOTALLY gets rid of the taste of it? cause i LOVE being drunk !

I would like to take my mother (she is visiting) on a wine tasting tour. There are sooo many sites on the internet. I am becoming a little overwhelmed. Anyone know what the best one would be if we would like to sight see but also spend time tasting at various wineries? Maybe a tour is not what I am looking for? Any advice! I would like it to be special for her. Would love to hear any ones personal experience and recommendation... Thanks

Why do people (like my friends) proclaim that they are not drunk (while actively stumbling and demonstrating otherwise) when I tell them that they are wasted? I'm not an authority figure or anything and I'm not going to get them in trouble, so I can't figure out why they need to feel the need to lie about it. The next day when sober, they recall how drunk they were...why don't they admit it when they are drunk (since they say they knew they were drunk while drunk)

We are having a party tonight for about 35 people who drink a lot. We have a keg of keystone light, 2 bottles of bankers club vodka, 2 bottles of captain morgan, and 5 gallons of jungle juice.

Anyone have any idea why beers such as Nati Light, Keystone Light etc. are so popular at college parties? The stuff tastes like crap.

The only explanation I have is that people buy it for the low cost and try to get drunk off of it.

Why not spend about the same amount of money for a bottle of vodka? Gets you drunk faster and saves you calories.

Personally, I drink for taste and I don't get why so many people buy this stuff. Can anyone give me some perspective?

The bottles are Hungerford Hill - Collection - 1980 Vintage Port. The other one isHungerford Hill - Collection - 1976 - Vintage port with six gold medels.

I know Halloween is just a spooky tradition and everything, but lately I've been seeing spirits in my cellar. I've had hallucinations before, but those were mostly caused by beer. I'm worried that these spirits will somehow harm me or that I'll pass out from fear and something bad will happen to me, and that I'll wake up in a completely different place.

What should I do?
