you do not have to be 21 to serve alcohol....i was a shot girl at a local club when i was 20, and some girls were 19. i actually think 19 is the age in which you can serve alcohol.

You have to be 21 to serve alcohol in a bar. You have to be 19 to serve bottled and mixed drinks in a restaurant.
