We are having a party tonight for about 35 people who drink a lot. We have a keg of keystone light, 2 bottles of bankers club vodka, 2 bottles of captain morgan, and 5 gallons of jungle juice.

By the sounds of it, this sounds like a college aged party, am I right? I'm just basing it off the cheap low quality beer and vodka you are having..oh and jungle juice.

If this is a college aged party don't be surprised if all that stuff gets downed before the party is over. For the keg you shouldve went with a heavier beer or lager so people would drink it less quickly and thus last longer. The captain will be gone in no time. Plus if you are playing any drinkig games like beer pong your alcohol will run out quicker.

Now the average keg holds around 140 beers (although depending on tapping, spilled beer, and so forth this number could be higher or lower) so your looking at an average of 4 beers per person but that doesn't account for those that may down double that (in which case those drinking less then 4 aren't even offset by those heavy drinkers and more then likely are downing your hard alcohol instead)

I'd pick up another bottle of vodka and maybe an extra case or two of beer just to be safe (or perhaps a 1/3 or 1/4 keg if available)

No, in fact if your two bottles of vodka and two bottles of rum are supposed to make up the 5 gallons of jungle juice you just may end up short.

Sounds good to me.

Glad to see someone else likes Keystone.

I might throw in a bottle or 2 of Crown to top off the night!

Consider yourself fortunate that I have not been invited to your party. Were I to be an attendee, that would NOT be enough booze. Still, it does not seem like THAT MUCH for 35 people. I have been to parties where twice as much as that easily got consumed. Get more. Double the amount of liquor.

Set up IV drips which your hardest-core alcoholics (like me) can hook themselves up to.

Where and when is this party? I wanna crash it.

Normally I'd be offended by a question about too much alcohol. But in this case...the usual guide is 2 drinks per person...assume 4 for heavy drinkers. I would say you have enough, but if you don't, screw'em. They should'a brought a contribution.

ok put it this way, 2 days ago my husband, bandmates, and i had a bonfire get together. there was only 6 people there. we went through 4, 750ml bottles of jager, 2, 6 packs of sparx, one 12 pk miller chills, and one 750 ml bottle of skyy vodka, and we had nothing left. i my self(which is 160lbs, and 5'6) drank one full bottle of jager, 6 sparx(mixed with jager, instead of redbull), and a few chills. yes i'll admitt i was drunk but it just just enough for 6 people to be drunk.
although all of us were mature enough to know when to stop and not to drive.

It's a lot, but nobody said you had to finish it all. Sure hope you bought some mixers for the liquor, or you're going to have some wasted people throwing up all over your house very quickly. Add a little food too, eh?

I'd go one more bottle each of captn and vodka. Not like it goes bad!! Maybe do a different liquor other than spiced rum and vodka. Maybe a single bottle of Bacardi (instead of the extra captn) and a bottle of... Jack instead of the extra vodka.

if you know your friends only drink vodka and captn, than nevermind. i definately think the bottle of non-spiced rum would be smart.

You can't have too much.
But Keystone and bankers club? Are you just having white trash for company?
