I don't really like many types of alcohol but I love shirley temples, and I'd enjoy having a beverage my friends don't laugh at me for ordering.

Probably was a sweet dessert wine or maybe a Riesling, you SAY it tastes like a shirley temple hmmm....im thinking..still trying... Or, ask her if it was Lambrusco..which is a lower budget sweet wine that they serve @ Olive Garden. Great Luck!

Probably a white zinfandel, but wine snobs would still laugh at you.
Try sangria if you can. It is a spanish wine with fruit in it.

or try these mixed drinks....
Toxic Waste- malibu rum, midori, blue cauraco, sweet & sour, & 7-up
Baybreeze - malibu rum or vodka with cranberry juice & pineapple juice or o.j.
Seabreeze - malibu rum or vodka with cranberry & 7-up

two guesses, first is just plain old white zin. or it also might be strawberry hill by boone's.
