Went to TGI-Friday's and they have a new Jack Daniels bourbon sauce and I am trying to figure out the ingredients. I know that it has bourbon in it, but when I went to the liquor store I got confused. They had Jack Daniels Bourbon Whiskey, but I never saw just Jack Daniels Bourbon. Does Jack Daniels make just a bottle of Bourbon or is Bourbon always with whiskey? I appreciate any help you can give. Also if they do make two seperate types of bourbon, what would be the difference (such as more powerful, milder). THanks.

The starting specific gravity before pitching yeast was 1040 it has been 6 days and all signs of fermenting are gone. I am wondering what the specific gravity should read when completed. I am using an ironmaster irish stout extract kit,with an ounce of northern brewer pellet hops, and a can of dark malt to replace sugar. Please help! Am I ready to bottle? The hydrometer now reads 1020.

How much do you think I should anticipate spending if my reception venue allows me to purchase my own alcohol for my reception.
