first i make the mash from overripe apples by cutting the skin off, then cut up the apples, (leaving the seeds out) and boil the apples first, making something like a soup then pour it in a bowl , then boil the skins, and put them in the bowl then mash it all together to make like a smoothie almost, then add the right amount of water, and sugar, then prepare the yeast, then add it to the mix, then stir it in , and put it in the fermentor, and hook the airlock to it and wait, within two weeks, i should have a nice 80 proof product. -------is that everything that is absolutely necessary to get a product? i dont care about taste. if not, what do i need to know? pleeeeeeease help.
