Well, I've heard of a lot of remedies but this one has actually worked for me and some friends. Let's say, you know you're going out to get hammered, first, take a vitamin c tablet (not ascorbic acid because thats not vitamin c) then you'll want to eat a substantial dinner high in fatty-acids. While you're drinking, have a glass of water for every couple of drinks. After you've staggered home, pop another vitamin c and take a multi-vitamin, wash them down with 2/3 full glasses of water. Go to bed. Take another vitamin c when you wake up and you should be feeling pretty damn good! (vitamin c and a multi vitamin will clear the alcohol from the blood) Also, a friend of mine swears by scrambled egss and chili peppers for a hangover but I've never tried it. Good luck!

Plenty of water thru the night (or morning?!!) maybe a berocca or two.

Once up and not feeling the best - a large tomato juice followed by an egg and bacon roll and if that has not worked - fried dim sims with tomato sauce. that ought to get you going.

Some sleep, a long shower (sit down and let the water hit you, i usually pass out again in the shower), then a fountain coke (no can or bottles), and some Taco Bell.

Before a night of drinking eat protein, defintely not sugar. Take B vitamins before during and after heavy drinking, drink lots of water, take a couple of Tylenol or Advil, sleep and then drink more water.

Water, water, and more water.

Hangovers are nothing but the dehydration of the brain and the body and the best way to restore that lost water is with water.

Chax.

Kefir is the BEST hangover remedy you can find. If you have any Russian or Ukranian delis in your city they will surely carry it. It's a yogurt drink and IT WORKS.

distilled water with fresh lemon. stodgy carbs. painkillers and a bit of drink doesn't hurt either. btw - pre-drink hydration & food along with vitamins, oils and digestive enzymes help prevent!
