Who prefers charcoal?
I've always believed the saying,that if you want to use gas,why stand out in the heat,just cook in your kitchen.Plus charcoal leaves a better taste.

I have been smoking pot for about 18 years now, I want to quit. I don't want rehab, but everytime I am out that's all I can think about is when can I get more. I don't feel like myself unless I am on it. I don't do anything else so it wasn't like it was a gateway drug for me. Does anyone have any advice for me? Anyone wanna be a peer support for me? Could I control myself to do it once and awhile and not EVERYDAY!!

Friday is our anniversary. I want to make Chris a salad, steak, sour dough rolls, and potatoes. I don't know what kind of steak to make him, or how to make it. I think I will prolly get T-bones, or a New York Strip. Maybe one of each, so he has a choice. How do I cook steak, and how long do I keep it on for rare, med-rare, med, and med. well? Should I marinate it, or put lemon on it, salt and pepper....he likes just about everything, besides mushrooms.
